Tbh, I would hate this if I had to see it. However I wouldn't mind at all having it show up for logged-out users. I've just realized that one of the reasons I disabled the nav bar for logged-out users is that it also disables it for me. The two options are tied. I wonder if it's worth suggesting separating them.
